My name is Floris Paardekooper.

After taking youth theater classes for over 6.5 years, I fell in love with the theater profession in 2018 and decided to study theater sciences at the UvA.
Fastforward 4 years & here I am now: bachelor's degree in theater science in the pocket, working as a professional actor at The Amsterdam Dungeon & started with an MBO training as an actor at PACT+ Theater.

Theater is a unique form of storytelling where maker, material and art object come together in 1 person. I think it's amazing to immerse myself in a role and thereby interpret a part of a larger play. To understand the full psyche of a character and translate that into a believable character on stage or on set.
