Short Biography:
Born in San Jose, Costa Rica 1987

Previously graduated from the Nimeto vocational school in Utrecht, in the direction of Interior, exterior, protection and finishing. Here she learned to make interior plans and designs, draw floor plans, advise on protecting and embellishing surfaces, make calculations, traditional painting techniques and she has completed various internships at restoration/decoration and painting companies.

Subsequently, she worked full-time for a year in a nursing home as an assistant in various departments, and she used that year to orient herself for further education.

In 2010 she applied for Production design at the Netherlands Film Academy in Amsterdam, where she was admitted the same year. Here she gained a lot of practical experience and held various positions within the academy such as Production designer, Art director, set dresser, props, clothing, builder and decorator and worked on various productions. In the third year she did an internship at the telefilm Bouwdorp under the supervision of Production designer Robert van der Hoop, where she had various functions and had to design and implement the interior of a tree house.
She has also worked on her graduation film and the Topkapi award winner, Gameboy (2014).

In 2014 she graduated from the Dutch film academy with many happy memories and an award, the Gouden Veer.
