Mirjam de With (1982) is born in Joure, Fryslân. She got a bachelor Communication AudioVisual Design and attended the Netherlands Film and Television Academy for a while, before she switched to Sint Lukas in Brussels. After getting her Master degree in directing fictionfilm in 2007, Mirjam moved to Amsterdam to work as an assistant director for Dutch filmmakers such as: Mark de Cloe, Mischa Kamp, Steven de Jong and Mijke de Jong.
Since 2010 Mirjam works fulltime as a director. Directing fictionfilms and commercials.
