As an initiator, I was involved in the start of local television in the municipality of De Ronde Venen in 2004. In addition to making television programs, such as the human interest program Buurt In Zich, I managed the TV department and provided internal training for the volunteers.

At Brugmedia (publisher of local weeklies in Zwolle and the surrounding area) I provided camjo training.

As a cameraman I have worked on several studio programs with multi-camera directing.

After having learned the basics of filming and editing at the local broadcaster of Apeldoorn and the Achmea-Journaal, I followed the Basic Training Directing/camera/editing at Open Studio in 2002 and then the ENG-camera course at the Media Academy.

Between 2003 and 2009 I made commissioned films for companies, governments and social organizations and I did freelance camera work.

After a period of other activities, I now want to further specialize in the field of documentary.
