My name is Dean Cooman and I am currently studying International, Event, Music & Entertainment Studies at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Tilburg.

This study includes everything that has to do with the EMEG industry, the EMEG industry is the Entertainment, Music, Event & Gaming industry. In this training I learn everything about these industries. In addition, this training is also a Communication training.

I chose this course because it suits me perfectly. I am a member of the excellence trajectory Film Moviemes at my school. Moviemes makes films for various 48 hour film projects in the Netherlands. I am a production assistant there and present the behind the scenes of each film. In addition to Moviemes, I am a member of a second excellence trajectory TV IEMEStv. IEMES TV is an excellence trajectory of students from Fontys ACI. IEMES TV produces the lifestyle magazine Cup of T every two weeks, broadcast on cable at Lokale Omroep Tilburg for a potential reach of 350,000 viewers.
