I work as an actress in film, improv theater and training. In my work I also immerse myself in people and behavior by training and coaching. In my characters I translate this into believable play. I believe that you only really make an impact when you understand and feel what you are putting down. The combination of acting and providing training and coaching reinforce each other in this way.
