Hello friendly/sweet/kind reader!
My name is Luc Jansen, graduated from the Utrecht School of the Arts in Media with the graduation film Bitterzout. A nature mockumentary about snails. For this I did the direction, production, script, camera and editing.
During my studies I did an internship at the Humanist Broadcasting (HUMAN), TV series Deadline of the VARA. At Human I was, together with a classmate, mainly busy with making promo and behind the scenes of various TV programs. In addition, I did projects in Zambia, where we started film projects with the local population, Tanzania, where we set up the curriculum together with teachers from TaSUBa, and in Latvia, where we started projects together with 40 other European students that can only be applied in the year 2020.
In 2011 I did camera work for the documentary Alexandra by Sarah Harkink, which received a Wildcard from the Netherlands Film Festival and was shown at IDFA.
