You Know The Name works as a video editor. After more than six years of experience as an AVID editor at several employers, I started as a freelancer in 2008 and have since worked on various editing systems. Because I see myself as a storyteller, my preference lies in editing documentaries and programs with content. In the past I have already edited documentaries with various directors for AVRO (Close-Up), NOS, VARA, IKON (HollandDoc) and NPS (hour of the wolf) and have shot a few documentaries in the main program and in the competition of the film festival (for the golden calves) in Utrecht. The documentary �Wish I only�� has also been nominated for an image and sound award. I also worked as a restorer for the Joris Ivens DVD box that was released in November 2008 and received a lot of international attention. This year the DVD-Box has been awarded the `Il Cinema Ritrovato DVD Award 2009`.
