• Diary management for directors and artists. As the first point of contact for all diary changes I was responsible for extremely complicated and ever-changing schedules ensuring that the addition of all promotional events, concert dates and travel arrangements was effectively coordinated and communicated internally to avoid inefficient and potentially costly wasting of clients’ time.
• Organised and assisted my boss with the recording and delivery of master of Elton John’s tribute to Princess Diana, Candle In The Wind, at the Townhouse Studios
• Organised and managed all back-stage and artist arrangements for all concerts, promo shoots and televised publicity opportunities.
• Accompanying Lionel Richie as the management representative on a month-long European-wide tour.

• As one of two employees working for the Creative Director I assisted at JRE, I had a major involvement in this small business start-up including the setting up of new business premises, the management of the office and a separate post-production facility of a new artist management and production company.
• Managed production of BBC series Billy Connolly’s World Tour Of Australia
• Projects included researching, ghost-writing, picture selection, editing and cover design of the accompanying best-selling book of the hit TV series; the recording and production of a CD of the music from Billy Connolly’s World Tour of Scotland for distribution in retail outlets, by mail order and on sale as merchandise at national and international tour venues.

Supporting two very busy artist managers representing clients including Elton John. Projects included representing JRE in the organisation, planning and co-ordination of the 1990 World Aids Day concert at London’s Albert Hall featuring guest artists from the world of music. In addition to the event, I liaised with caterers and the venue to arrange a fund-raising dinner for participants, celebrities and major contributors hosted by the Elton John Aids Foundation.
