I am a model maker, prop designer and costume designer.
To transform your ideas into three-dimensional objects I use a wide variety of materials, techniques and tools.
For me, being a designer, is a bit like being an inventor. And that's what I like to do. I love to use all kinds of materials, or invent new things or ways of using them. Because of that, my work always has a certain tactile, playful and hand-made look. Every day is a good day of work, when I created something new.
I studied Design Academy in Eindhoven and followed an internship in LA at Jeremy Scott. There I learned a lot about fashion and pattern making. After my studies I worked a while at a large clothing company, but realised I wanted to work more diverse and really make things. I've been working as a freelance designer since then, for several clients in theatre, advertising and film.
