Infnite Monkey Theory is the brain child of producer Dave de la Reza and comedian Tim van 't Hul, two "fake Americans" based in Amsterdam. Along with a crew of awesome accomplices, they create and release sketch comedy videos every over Tuesday.

For a long time I have described myself as a jack of all trades, master of none. And I have always been oddly comfortable with this. And I have spent quite a lot of time trying to extra out why I'm comfortable with it. Ultimately I have come to the conclusion that the reason for this is that I love learning. I love being challenged, leaning in, jumping into a situation with both feet before testing the water and getting my feet wet. I love the challenge of trotting into the unknown and coming out the other side a better version of myself.
When I was going to college for audio, I decided to film and make a music video for the band I was recording. Using my iPhone 4 (at the time because I didn't have a camera) I shot the band rehearsing and a few times while they performed in bars and small venues all over town. I loved that process! The producing, recording, the filming, the editing, the opportunities to stretch the creative muscles were very motivating!
Shortly after I had the opportunity to edit a short film that someone had made. This led to some daydreaming about making my own short films. But I knew I needed some help getting started.
I began networking and meeting people who were involved with production and was lucky enough to accrue a small crew of volunteers.
I feel extremely lucky to have met these wonderful people with which we make almost 20 comedy sketches! Working with different directors and producers, actors and writers, has strengthened my initial idea that having a multitude of skills, personal and professional, is a blessing, especially when working in large groups of people. It really allows me to understand the big picture in a scenario where every piece of the puzzle is pivotal for a successful end-product.
After about two years making short comedy sketches I feel the need for a bigger challenge. I need to get my feet wet again.
