After completing his Master of Arts (Video & TV) at HKU/ Portsmouth UK, Gabriel founded Whisper Media. A company that specialized in directing and editing commercials, short films and branding films. A few years later, Gabriel co-founded an all-round service multimedia company, Xolo Media, which mainly focused on user generated online media concepts, viral commercials and viral films. Gabriel now works as a freelance director and focuses mainly on making short films, music videos, and branding films.
In 2009 he directed a pilot episode for a children's series called BOYZ & GRLZ, an initiative of the KRO & Rinkelfims and last year his short film BISCUITS was selected for the NEDERLANDS FILM FESTIVAL. Gabriel recently directed the short film FLIRT as a finalist in the GREEN FILMMAKING COMPETITION.
