Olga Ponjee (1983) studied philosophy and psychology at the UU and screenwriting at the Netherlands Film Academy. She graduated with the historical fantasy film "The Shadow of Boniface".
After graduating, she worked on the television series "Feuten" and the feature film "De Ontsnapping", based on the book by Heleen van Royen. She won several prizes with her short stories and her debut novel "Het Verdronken Land" was chosen as the Best Rejected Manuscript 2015.
Finally, Olga organizes theater events and is affiliated with various educational institutions as a writing teacher.
