about me
Harko Wubs has completed three programs in television and film direction. He first completed the Photonics course in Drachten and then the top video course at Open Studio in Amsterdam (direction: scenario and directing). After exploring Friesland, Groningen and the Randstad, he left for Brabant to follow the four-year film course at the St. Joost Academy of Art and Design. During these studies he did an internship and/or worked at ProTime (Groningen), Castel Media (Groningen) and Zuidenwind Film Productions (Breda). Harko is currently based in Nijmegen, where he works independently on his films and film plans, and he is a coordinator at the European Foundation Joris Ivens.
