Karin graduated in 2006 as a screenwriter and a playwright at the Utrecht Shool of the Arts, The Netherlands, and immidiately founded her own writing business called 'Versa - texts for audiences'. Within Versa Karin already wrote multiple screenplays, both shorts and feature lenghts. She also wrote theatre scenes, published by 'Buitenkunst', and she's in the proces of developping a TV serial with a co-author. Next to that Karin gives courses in writing short stories and drama and het first film 'i wish i could share the happiness of being alone with someone else' premiered at the Dutch Film Festival before it got multiple nominations and wins (which are listed below). Karin writes both in Dutch and in English.
