Hey, I'm Fé van den Broek, 20 years old and in my final year at the Media College as a Spatial Designer.
Creativity is my passion and my life, for example I really enjoy drawing, painting, making models and being on a film set as a set dresser, or even making props that are used on a film set.
I have wanted to work in the film industry for as long as I can remember. I did 3 internships to orient myself in this industry to see if it was really meant for me. I did internships at: GTST, Styliness and KABAM children's series. Here I helped with the set dressing of the film set/series, I worked on graphics and made props. During these internships I discovered that this is a world for me where I feel happiest.
Why I want to get into this industry so much is because I can really express my creativity and seeing that reflected on images is the coolest thing I find because then my work comes to life. That's also how I've wanted to go to the Film Academy from a young age to expand my talent even more.
I master various techniques both digital and analogue such as wood imitation, the adobe programs, various materials, Sketchup and a sense of colour, shape and material. And by set construction to create a spatial environment that fits the scenes.

I am strong in the productional organization of my assignments. Working in a team always gives me a lot of energy because together you can achieve a lot and help each other in different situations. I am
someone who works hard and tries to achieve his goals as best as possible. I also try to approach difficult situations positively.

-Kabam is a children's series that I worked on as a set dresser. I helped with the realization of props, the preparation of sets and assisted where necessary.
-For GTST I did an internship as an assistant set dresser, where I prepared sets, made props and cooked for the actors on set.
-For the Cinekid Festival I conceived, designed, built and dismantled an installation.
-For a Zeeman commercial I made illustrations in Illustrator and then worked them out in large format on cardboard as props for the set.
