NATHALIE FLORES is a Dutch/Peruvian filmmaker, born in Amsterdam, and raised in 5 different countries before the age of 15. Having learnt to adapt to various cultures from a young age, her interest sparked to tell stories through filmmaking.
Her passion is driven by magical realistic cinema, cultural stories and finding beauty in the mundane.
Behind the camera, she uses flowing movements, and cinematic compositions whilst aiming to capture authentic energy of people and surroundings.
As an editor, she has an eye for focussing on what can evoke emotions, as well as a strong judgement for a beat in the narrative, combining this all with playful techniques.
