In my work as a DOP I let my signature/image style emerge under the name 'Noir Couleur'. When collaborating with a director, we let our image styles merge. This with the aim of creating stimulating cinematography within a film. 'Noir Couleur' can be recognized by a dark canvas which I color in to create a contrasting image. To represent my personal interest in the ambiguity of the individual and thus his or her internal friction. The complexity of this must be given a stage in today's society.
