I don't see life as a problem but as a mystery that you have to live that you have to love and that you have to experience. With this attitude I also approach all new things that come my way. I function best in a team that I prefer to lead. Fun and a good atmosphere are paramount in my team. I think this is the best way to achieve your goal.
