As young as I was, already interested in films and everything that goes with it.
At the age of six I already knew I wanted to be an actor. As a result, I ended up at a local theater school. Through this education I got a role in 2007 as one of the Blues Brothers in the musical 'The curved boys'.

London Film Academy

After this debut, it was quiet for a while and after I had graduated from secondary education, I decided that I no longer wanted to be in front of the cameras, but behind them. I chose the Audiovisual Production course at the Graphic Lyceum in Rotterdam and graduated in 2014.
During this four-year course I did an internship for 6 months at Crossmarkpictures and 4 months at the London Film Academy. At the London Film Academy I worked a lot with lighting and worked on a few short films as a 'gaffer'.

After the London Film Academy, my career took on an international boost. While working on various productions as a lighting assistant, people quickly realized that I could still work in front of the camera. In the short film 'Les Touristes' I was offered a small role and in the feature film 'We Are Tourists' I was approached with the question if I would like to shift my interest to acting.

America

Since 2014 I have been working to continue his career both in the Netherlands and abroad. I flew to America for the first time in 2016 to participate in iPOP. No less than 24 casting agencies and management agencies (located in LA and New York) were interested and 2 months later I flew to LA again to follow a 5 week course at the Sanford Meisner Center in Hollywood. Ranjiv Perera was my teacher there.
The film 'Fingard' where I played the lead role Edward was shot in Germany. The film will be released in 2018 and is a pilot for a promising new series by American director Ethan Turbek.
After the film 'Fingard' I went to America again. This time for 3 months. There I studied the Adler Technique at the Stella Adler Academy. Studied the Chubbuck technique at the Ivana Chubbuck Studio and studied voice acting at Kamelson & Kamelson.

A month later, I received a nomination for 'Best Actor' for his performance in the film 'Riding South'.

NETFLIX

During my third visit to America I got the lead role in a new NETFLIX series 'Drug lords'. The series will be released in 2018 and I play the lead role of Klaas Bruinsma in episode 7.
