Description

Etty Hillesum schreef dagboeken tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. De in Zeeland geboren schrijfster ging vrijwillig naar kamp Westerbork om daar mensen bij te staan, totdat ze in 1943 zelf op transport naar Auschwitz werd gezet. Daar werd ze op 29-jarige leeftijd vermoord.
