MONARCH (working title) is an international art and film project by filmmaker and photographer Desiree Dolron, developed by Liminal Foundation. The project focuses on the migration of the monarch butterfly and themes such as ecology, perception, and the relationship between humans and nature. MONARCH moves between documentary, art film, and visual research and is being developed in collaboration with scientists, indigenous communities in Mexico, the United States, and Canada, and cultural partners.

Description
We are looking for a motivated and versatile intern with an interest in film, photography, and research. Someone who can work independently, is eager to learn, and likes to take initiative.

• Has an interest in artistic research and visual storytelling
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of editing software (DaVinci Resolve) is a plus
• Good command of English
• Due to international collaborations, knowledge of Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.

The work is varied and lies in the fields of research and production.
