The Isis Fashion Awards is an innovative and international fashion event dedicated entirely to accessory designers. In an industry where the focus is primarily on clothing design, accessories often remain underrepresented. This project aims to address this imbalance by creating an exclusive platform where accessory designers take centre stage and receive the recognition they deserve.
On May 6, 2026, the Isis Fashion Awards will take place in Amsterdam, where national and international designers will present their work to a wide audience of fashion professionals, media, and enthusiasts. The event attracts significant online attention, with more than 100 million views on YouTube, offering a powerful combination of physical and digital visibility.

The fashion show stands out through its unique concept: it is the world’s first show fully dedicated to accessories, ranging from bags and jewellery to innovative and artistic designs that push the boundaries of fashion. Through this focus, a new standard is being set within the fashion industry, giving designers the opportunity to position themselves on an international level.

In addition to showcasing creative talent, the Isis Fashion Awards also promotes connection and collaboration within the sector. The event brings together designers, stylists, press, and other professionals with the aim of knowledge sharing, networking, and creating new opportunities.

Description
For the Isis Fashion Awards 2026, we are looking for passionate, reliable, and motivated volunteers who are eager to be part of a unique international fashion event.
We are seeking individuals who:

Have a strong interest in fashion, events, or creative industries
Are proactive, hands-on, and willing to take initiative
Can work well in a team as well as independently
Are flexible and able to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Have good communication skills and a positive attitude
Are available on May 6, 2026, and ideally for preparation moments before the event

Specific roles may include:
Backstage assistance (supporting designers and models)
Guest reception and hospitality
Event coordination support
Production and set-up assistance
Social media and content support

We value diversity and welcome people from all backgrounds. Previous experience is a plus, but not required — enthusiasm and commitment are what matter most.
