The writer will mainly contribute to:
developing character arcs
writing realistic dialogue
helping shape personal stakes and emotional tension in scenes
contributing ideas for short narrative pieces (approx. 3 minutes)
The world and general concept are already established, so the focus is primarily on human stories within the setting.
We are looking for someone who enjoys writing grounded drama and morally complex situations, rather than action-driven storytelling.
Collaboration will happen mainly through discussion, script drafts and feedback sessions.

Language requirements
English (Dutch is a plus but not required)
