Crew Call – 7th April

My name is Akshatha, and I am an independent filmmaker passionate about visual storytelling.

I’m looking for a gaffer, 1st AC, and boom operator for a shoot on 7th April.

My short film - How to Kick Someone Out of Your Mind, follows two individuals who are both struggling to move on from someone significant in their pasts—one chooses peace, the other chooses war. Through contrasting emotional paths and internal battles, the story delves into the universal challenge of letting go, examining how we navigate memory, hurt, and healing.

This is a passion project, so unfortunately there’s no budget, but we’ll make sure you’re well catered on set.

We’ll be starting around 9:00 AM and expect to wrap by 4:00–5:00 PM.

I’m specifically looking for crew members who have their own gear/equipment.
