For a theatrical research project at the Amsterdam School of Drama as part of my training to become a theatre maker teacher, I am looking for interested actors. The theme is 'failure'. To this end, I am designing a number of rehearsals through which you, as an actor, will learn to translate your ideas regarding the theme into theatrical work. You will therefore both act and create. There is no script; we will first gather material, then arrange it in a sequence, and in doing so, create a presentation that we will eventually perform for an audience.

What do we offer?
I will facilitate the rehearsals, during which you can develop as a performer and creator. Furthermore, I will ensure there is something to drink and eat for every participant. I am also open to discussing a potential small contribution towards travel expenses or similar.

Description
I am looking for actors who are drawn to the theme. It is wonderful if you can share your own experience with failure; that can be in the broadest sense of the word. Come vent your frustration; together we will make something beautiful out of it. You do not need to have any experience with theater. All ages from 16 to 99 are welcome.
