What is Platform In De Maak?


Platform In De Maak is a creation trajectory lasting ten months for sixteen emerging creators. After an Open Call, sixteen promising creators have been selected for this trajectory. During the Makers' Day, visitors will get to experience surprising and experimental work that is still in development but is eager to present itself to an audience. There will be 4 performances at one venue on one day, with each performance staged twice.

What do we offer?
Please note that our budget is quite limited, meaning we can cover travel expenses and provide catering, but we are unable to offer a daily fee. On the bright side, this opportunity will enhance your portfolio and provide a chance to network with fellow creatives.

Description
We are a group of 16 theatermakers who are organising a day to show our work in progress. Ranging from choreographers to cabaretiers to actresses. What we are looking for is a videographer who is available on these work in progress days and can bring their own camera. To have an impression of the day and to film the performances. On the WIP-days we will present 4 shows. The 4 individual shows will be performed in the afternoon and the evening.

Job requirements / profile
Availability: The videographer must be available on one of the specific dates of the work-in-progress (WIP) days.

Professional Equipment: The videographer should possess their own camera equipment suitable for filming live performances.

Autonomy: We will all be busy on the days of the showing and trust that you can follow your own artistic path on the dates.

Affiliation with performing art: If you like to go to the theater, or in the future would like to work with trained performers.
