Job requirements / profile
• Review all provided scene folders containing raw production audio
• Listen to all takes and select the best and most natural dialogue performances, prioritising the take that matches the visible performance on screen. Only if necessary, a word or short phrase from another take may be used to improve clarity or quality
• Professionally clean dialogue (remove noise, hiss and unwanted sounds between lines)
• Ensure accurate sync to picture using the provided reference episode
• Deliver one final dialogue track per episode
• Delivery format: PCM WAV 24-bit / 48kHz
• Work with watermarked reference video (editor’s name displayed prominently across the screen for security)
• Maximum delivery time: 4 weeks per episode after assignment
• Delivered audio must meet professional broadcast-quality standards
Payment & approval terms:
The agreed fee is €350 per episode (fixed fee, maximum; VAT may be added if applicable for VAT-registered freelancers, but the fee itself will not exceed €350 per episode).

Upon receiving the episode and audio materials, the Dialogue Editor must confirm receipt and acceptance of the assignment timeline, terms and delivery deadline.
If revisions are required after feedback, the Dialogue Editor agrees to deliver the revised version within 7 days of receiving revision notes.
Final approval is subject to production quality control (QC) to ensure the dialogue meets the required technical and artistic standards for final mix and international delivery.
If the delivery does not meet the agreed quality standards after the revision process, the remaining 50% will not be paid and the assignment will be terminated and may be awarded to another editor.
Upon confirming the assignment, the Dialogue Editor agrees to all terms, deadlines and quality requirements as outlined above.
