HBM Machines is working with an ambitious in-house creative team on campaigns, videos, and social media content. For the coming months, we're looking for an experienced freelance project manager/video producer who can provide clarity, bring energy, and smoothly guide creative ideas to the finish line.

Description
The assignment
As a freelance project manager/video producer, you'll collaborate with the creative team on a variety of video and content projects. You'll independently maintain structure, oversight, and coordination, ensuring ideas are developed smoothly and projects are delivered on schedule.

What are you going to do?
⚙️ You plan and manage the content schedule and associated video projects
⚙️ You coordinate video productions for the HBM YouTube channel, social channels and campaigns
⚙️ You organize and supervise shooting days (preparation, set, coordination with crew)
⚙️ You are a sparring partner for our creative strategist and also contribute to the content

Job requirements / profile
This is you
✔️ Experience as a project manager and/or video producer (agency or in-house)
✔️ Familiar with the entire video production process (pre- to post)
✔️ Independent, proactive and strong communication skills
✔️ You feel at home in a hands-on, creative team
