A short fiction dramedy about an immigrant man who must learn to swim the day before he takes part in the Dutch New Year's Plunge. Graduation film for Audiovisual Design at the Willem de Kooning Academy. Maximum 3 shoot days at the start of April, and with planned funding via Voordekunst + a possible NPO grant (up to €5000).

A capable, resourceful, fiscally-responsible film lover who is willing to collaborate with us on this passion project. You will be effectively leading the team, managing funding, and organising pre-production and production alongside the director.

Job requirements / profile
- Tons of experience not fully required, but responsibility is a must
- Has produced one or more short films
- Has worked with funding before (preferably in NL)
- Flexible schedule
