Project Management:

Budgetting & Finance:
Help create a realistic budget, manage spending, and support fundraising/grant applications if needed.

Schedule :
Build and manage the production schedule to keep the shoot organized and on time.

Festival / Distribution Planning (Optional):
Advise on festival strategy or help with submissions after the film is completed.
