For the "Dina Reads Aloud" project, MorocColors is developing a series of 15 short reading videos for children (ages 3–8), which will be released during Ramadan 2026. The lead role is played by Dina (age 12), who reads the stories naturally and cheerfully in a fairytale setting.
The videos will be recorded during the Christmas holidays of 2025. In preparation, several practice sessions will take place with Dina.

The project is being carried out in collaboration with Utrecht Library, where the stories will continue through reading afternoons and a story roll that children can collect. For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YfaIf1LMN4Q

What do we offer?
Because the project is being developed in the short term, there was initially no budget for compensation.
If one of the grant applications is approved, the supervisor will receive appropriate compensation.
If this doesn't work out, we're looking for someone who finds it valuable to be part of a social-creative project for children, with visibility in Utrecht and on social media.

Description
We are looking for a patient, committed and child-friendly supervisor to support Dina throughout this process.
In practice, this is someone with the qualities of a child coach, assistant director, drama teacher or pedagogical counselor — someone who allows children to perform in front of the camera in a safe, relaxed and enthusiastic way.

Job requirements / profile
- Experience working with children (e.g. education, theatre, guidance, coaching)
- Support Dina with text comprehension, pronunciation, posture and rhythm
- Create a safe, relaxed atmosphere during the shoot
- Collaborate with director, camera crew and production
- Connecting with the project's vision: connecting, imagining and sharing stories
- Pleasant communication skills towards parents and team
- An affinity with cultural projects is an advantage
