Hello! My name is Vladimir Knechten,
and I'm currently working on my graduation film as a writer/director. In short it's about finding self love trough nightly dreams, during your sleep. Think Where the Wild Things Are meets Moonrise Kingdom. Comedy, drama, fiction and absurdism combined. A bit about me:
I'm 21 years old, as a kid wanted to be a 'gemstone scientist' (whatever that means), but ended up forming a passion for making films. I'm not sure what my favourite film is, but I love 'tales of tales' from Yuri Norstein (check it out on youtube). I live in Breda, and I have two pet shrimp that I have yet to name. Maybe you have some suggestions.

Description
I'm looking for a young producer who has time and energy to work together on this film, and already join during pre-production. We will start up a crowdfunding on 'Voor de kunst' and reach out to subsidy organizations. I'm looking for a partner who can help me with the productional tasks of a film. Think of communication, crew assembly, budgeting, planning, festivals etc. But most important of all, a producer who is creative and has a passion for the medium. The film features (break)dancing as a prominent theme, so any experience with dance films is a pre!
