We're looking for a talented editor for our short 10-13 minute TV pilot. The project is a fictional comedy-drama with the working title "Drive Pitch." The pilot's style can best be described as a sharp character comedy-drama. All footage has already been shot and selected (offline), ready to undergo the magic of editing. The goal is to create a strong, funny, and compelling pilot that will allow us to take the project to the next level.

Description
We're looking for an editor who is not only technically proficient but also has a keen eye for comedic timing, rhythm, and character development. You'll understand how to build, refine, and sometimes even create a joke in the edit. You'll work closely with the director/writer to bring the project's vision to life and maximize the humor.

Job requirements / profile
- Editing the raw footage into a tight, funny and coherent offline version of 10-13 minutes.
- Work carefully on comedic timing, pacing and building tension/humor.
- Selecting the best takes based on acting and humor.
- Placing temporary tracks and sound effects to support the vision.
- Actively think about the story and the humor.
- Incorporating feedback from the director and DOP into different versions.
