Hi actors!
My classmates and I are taking the film minor, where we're going to make a short film called "A Touch of Truth," a mysterious and suspenseful story about a café owner who uses a secret ingredient to get people to tell the truth. When his customers take a bite, everyone's deepest secret comes to the surface, with dire consequences.

We are still looking for 3 male actors and 1 female actress for the roles of:

The Mayor (M, 40-50 years)
A charismatic yet stressed man used to being in control. Behind his smile lies a man with a big secret.
Qualities: confident, charming, under pressure.

Else - regular customer of the café (V, 50/60 years)
A warm, nostalgic woman who has known the café for years. Her honesty is unexpected when she relives a painful past.
Qualities: friendly, sensitive, talkative, sincere.

Friends:
Gabriel – friend of Thijs (M, 20-24 years)
The extroverted friend who can no longer hide his guilt. His impulsive honesty causes chaos.
Characteristics: open, charming, emotional, impulsive.

Thijs – friend of Gabriel (M, 20-24 years)
A loyal and down-to-earth boy with a big heart. When he is betrayed, he struggles with anger and disbelief.
Qualities: sincere, spirited, loyal, sensitive.
