Description
Are you a gaffer, lighting assistant, sound engineer, or sound designer? And want to participate in one or more short films? Then this is your chance to join!

Anyone can apply—regardless of age, gender, or experience. Experience is helpful, but not required; we match less experienced crew members with more experienced ones so you can grow into the role you want during our films.

Job requirements / profile
Responsibilities: Setting up set lighting, operating spotlights and lamps, executing lighting plans, placing and operating microphones, and recording location sound. An affinity for film sets is preferred. Experience is welcome but not required: we learn from each other and collaborate with professionals.
