For over thirty years, Post Castelijn Casting has handled the casting for numerous (award-winning) feature films, television series, commercials, theater productions, musicals, and voiceovers. Casting is a substantive, creative, and artistic process where the script and dialogue come to life through the actors who deliver them. We guide this process from the beginning of the project to the final role. We do this with a dedicated team of casting directors who have earned their stripes in various disciplines and can support and inspire each other.

We are looking for an intern (m/f/x) who is available starting in February 2026. The exact start date and period can be determined in consultation.

Description
You're interested in feature films, television series, and/or theater. You're a hands-on person, possess strong social skills, and possess excellent communication skills. Can you easily switch between tasks, are you meticulous, and do you take initiative? Then we're looking for you! For this internship, it's important that you're enrolled in a relevant vocational (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) program.

Job requirements / profile
You'll be part of our office and will be exposed to various aspects of casting. You'll be working not only in the office but also regularly in the studio where auditions take place and you'll interact with various directors, producers, and actors.

The work will include:
- Processing new registrations
- Reading scripts and creating role lists
- Searching for images
- Creating photo proposals and contact sheets
- Manage inbox and process updates (e.g. new casting photos and actor showreels)
- Assisting in organizing auditions (by telephone and email)
- Setting up and dismantling our studios
- Filming auditions
- Receiving auditionees and other attendees in the studio
