Description
Gaffer Assistant / Best Boy – to support our gaffer with lighting setup and adjustments

AC (Camera Assistant) – to assist the DOP with camera prep, lens swaps, and smooth set workflow

Job requirements / profile
- Experience with narrative shoots preferred, but not required
- Comfortable with a small, low-budget setup
- Collaborative and reliable – we’re a small, passionate crew

- AC: Familiar with basic camera etiquette and workflow
- Gaffer Assistant: Comfortable with light stands, cables, and helping create soft, cinematic lighting
