Long form interview show featuring lively, fast-paced, unfiltered conversations with couples at different stages of their relationships. Interviews will focus on attitudes towards morality within the context of their relationship. What are their boundaries for appropriate behavior? What is consider as “crossing the line,” and how flexible or blurry is that line?

This is a continuation of a long-form interview series that aired in 2022 on PBS (the U.S. equivalent of NPO).

Description
We are looking for a “full-service” Producer (with production and promotion oversight). As producer, you would server as the project lead (“hoofdaannemer” of sorts) for the show, responsible for ensuring all aspects of production and promotion are completed. While you won’t have to do everything yourself, you will oversee the process and make sure tasks are delivered. A few responsibilities must be handled directly by you.

Job requirements / profile
Direct responsibilities:
- Attend the start of each interview to ensure audio and video recording are set up correctly
- Recruit and secure engaging interview subjects (couples)
- Manage the production schedule

Oversight (or direct) responsibilities:
- Edit of full episodes
- Upload episodes to various platforms
- Write titles, descriptions, and select thumbnails
- Generate clips for social media
- Upload clips to social media
- Manage show-related social media accounts
