We are participating in the 48 Hour Film Project Amsterdam 2025, taking place October 17–19. In just one weekend, our team will write, shoot, and edit a short film. We are a semi-professional group of filmmakers passionate about storytelling, and we are looking for a Best Boy/Girl (lighting assistant) to join our crew.

Description
A motivated and reliable lighting assistant who can support the gaffer in setting up, adjusting, and managing lighting equipment. Experience is welcome, but not required; enthusiasm, teamwork, and readiness to learn on set are just as important.

Job requirements / profile
- Support the gaffer in setting up and adjusting lights
- Help with moving and organizing lighting gear
- Ensure safe and efficient use of cables, stands, and other equipment
- Be available for the full 48HFP weekend
