Wald Studios is a young, creative film and photography studio based in Amsterdam, dedicated to crafting visually striking, emotionally layered narratives across film, documentary, and commercial work. Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sound Recorder to join our team for a mini film project ideally with their own equipment. The Sound Recorder will be responsible for capturing high-quality audio on set, ensuring clarity and consistency for all dialogue, sound effects, and ambient sounds.

Job requirements / profile
Responsibilities:
• Operate audio recording equipment, including boom microphones, wireless lavaliers, and field recorders.
• Set up and test sound equipment before each shoot.
• Monitor audio levels during filming to prevent distortion or interference.
• Collaborate with the director, cinematographer, and actors to ensure proper sound coverage for all scenes.
• Record ambient and location sounds as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve sound-related issues on set.
