Make final films with group 8
Since 2013, we have been making unique feature films with primary school classes as an alternative to the traditional musical. Because we come from education ourselves, we know exactly what is needed to make the farewell of group 8 really special. This has proven itself in recent years. The demand for our final films is growing enormously - so much so that we can no longer always help all schools. That is why we are looking for motivated people who want to strengthen us in filming and/or editing these special film projects.

What do we do?
We guide group 8 pupils (11-13 years) in making a complete feature film of 30 to 45 minutes. Our offer consists of:

1. Filming the final films;
2. Editing the final films;
3. Film lessons (film education) for primary education.

Schools have access to clear film scripts, varied teaching materials, instructional videos and our professional support.

Description
We are looking for enthusiastic freelancers with a passion for education and film. Think of:

- Teachers (primary/secondary education) who, in addition to their teaching job, would like to be involved in a unique film project with group 8.
- Freelance videographers with experience and an affinity with children.
- Freelancers for film editing (Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro).

Job requirements / profile
Filming
- You do this completely independently. Film, sound and direction.
- You can independently direct a full film day with a group of students. Depending on the scene, you work with 1 to 35 children at a time.
- You have your own film tripod, professional film camera and a good directional microphone.
- Schools often book six to nine months in advance, so your schedule needs to allow for flexibility.
- Shootings take place all over the country – from small villages to large cities. A driver's license and own transportation is usually required.
- All final films are at Dutch primary schools with Dutch speaking children. Unfortunately we can therefore not do anything for English speaking filmmakers who want to film with the children.

To assemble
- You edit the film independently and efficiently based on the supplied film script.
- You work accurately and within a tight deadline.
- You are open to feedback from teachers and process this carefully during the review phase.
