I am doing a social experiment called “What is on your plate?” . In this experiment we will have table conversations with woman who are willing to talk about their anger expression. This because there seems to be an inner conflict within woman in how they express their anger and how the outside world response to anger expression of woman.

Capturing this experiment is part of an installation that will be exhibited at the Katoenhuis in Rotterdam from July 10/11/12.

What are we going to do?
- There are 5 sessions with 5 different women from different backgrounds and ages. Each session lasts one day part. Think of a morning from 10-12h or an afternoon from 14-16h.Times may vary as some sessions may require more/less time.
-During these sessions we will engage in a table conversation using 10 questions related to anger expression written on plates. This should be filmed and recorded with a recorder.
-After the table talk, the participating woman gets to smash all the plates one by one. This should also be filmed and recorded.
-There will also be a closing session with all the women together where we will assemble the shards and do a workshop of mosaic or reconnect the pieces. This should also be recorded.

When:
- Filming takes place in the first two weeks of June; 2nd of June till 15 June. Exact dates are depending on your and participants availability.
- Each session will take up 2 hours: from 10:00 till 14:00 or 14:00 till 16:00.

What do I expect from you?
During this collaboration, I will be the one guiding and talking to the women. You, as my partner, will have complete freedom in capturing this situation with access to professional camera and recording equipment provided by the art academy. I am looking for someone who enjoys working with social issues and is interested in documentary-like elaborations. No experience necessary! Enthusiasm is already worth a lot and I don't expect everything to go smoothly: there is room for mistakes, but also for experimentation and surprising images!

Non! As long as your enthusiastic and have a bit of experience with working with camera's and recording.
