Hello! My name is Jet van Fessem and this year I will graduate as a director and screenwriter at the HKU with my short film Zij Aan Zij. The film is being made in collaboration with NPO 3LAB and broadcaster HUMAN. For over forty years, my grandparents had their caravan in South Limburg. After my grandfather passed away, my grandmother and I cleared out their caravan together and she parted with it with a heavy heart. Despite that sadness, my grandmother and I grew very close to each other this weekend. - This event was the reason for me to make a short fictional film about our story.

My DOP is Pauline Skoreng, a very nice and especially very experienced and professional cinematographer. Together with her and the rest of the crew we leave for South Limburg in early May, for the shoot of the film.

What do we offer?
In addition to having a budget to rent professional equipment, we also pay for the overnight stays, catering and of course travel expenses. In addition, we have gathered a professional but very pleasant crew around us with whom we will shoot this film. In addition to the film being a graduation film, it will also be published on the channels of NPO 3LAB and broadcaster HUMAN. A large platform for the film is therefore guaranteed.

We are looking for a 1AC with sufficient pull experience. We often shoot handheld and close shots.
