The film we are working on is a Dutch romantic comedy for the cinema. The production team is small and cosy, which means you really get the chance to get involved and take on practical tasks that show you how a feature film is made.

On set you will have the opportunity to get to know different departments up close, and we are happy to help you if there is anything specific you would like to know more about.

Description
At Tom de Mol Productions we are looking for an enthusiastic intern to strengthen our production team as of the end of April. A unique opportunity to experience both the preparation phase and the actual production of a film up close.
The internship consists of two parts: first 2-3 weeks at the production office, followed by 18 shooting days on the film set.

Who are you:
- You are a motivated and eager to learn intern who likes to take initiative.
- You enjoy working both in the office and on set.
- You have good organizational skills and remain calm under pressure.
- You are available from the end of April to mid-June (in consultation).
- You have a B driving license.

* You do not need to be enrolled in a film program to apply.

Job requirements / profile
The internship is divided into two parts:

1. Production office (2-3 weeks, end of April - beginning of May)
During this period you will intern at the production office and work closely with the team. You will learn how a film production is prepared, from scripts and schedules to logistical organization and casting.
This is the stage where you gain insight into the basics of film production and lay a solid foundation for working on set.

2. On the film set (May - June, 18 shooting days)
This is where the hands-on part of the internship begins. You will support the production assistants on set and get a complete picture of how a film comes to life. You will learn to deal with the fast pace of a shooting day, support the crew where necessary and get a good picture of the dynamics within a film production.
