My name is Jasper, 23 years old. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 11 and have had to learn to live with the good, but also the bad sides of it. That sometimes brings loneliness, because I often have the idea that I am alone. This is why I started sharing my story through content under the name 'Jespar' on my online channels (TikTok, Instagram) to give myself, but especially others, recognition in this area. Up until now I have mainly shared my own experiences, but I am curious about the stories of my fellow ad(h)der's to really connect with each other.

'Jespar' is looking for experienced experts for a new short-form format:
5 ad(h)d'ers with whom Jespar talks 1 on 1 in a therapeutic setting about a common topic within ADHD that is rarely discussed within ADHD. The guest must have an affinity for this topic that can be openly discussed in front of the camera, as experts by experience with Jespar. The experts by experience express their worlds of experience to each other to generate more awareness about AD(H)D. 5 episodes of 3 minutes will be produced for TikTok and Instagram.
