Isabella Films / N279 Entertainment is immediately looking for an enthusiastic intern who can strengthen our small-scale team. We give you the opportunity to look behind the scenes at a film production company and to actively participate in the creation and financing of our film projects. Here you will gain insight into the practical aspects and the entire process of production, finishing and distribution of feature films, both nationally and internationally.

Isabella Films and N279 Entertainment are sister companies led by producer Els Vandevorst. We produce films of artistic value with an interesting audience potential. We look beyond the Dutch borders and make films with an international character. Isabella Films also focuses on supporting undiscovered raw talents and emerging female filmmakers with an authentic vision.

Isabella Films was founded in 1997 and has since co-produced major international productions such as DANCER IN THE DARK, DOGVILLE (Lars von Trier) and IT'S ALL ABOUT LOVE (Thomas Vinterberg). Following the successful collaboration on the films WAR WINTER and THE SOUTH, producer Els Vandevorst and director Martin Koolhoven founded N279 Entertainment in 2011. In addition to BRIMSTONE by Martin Koolhoven, N279 Entertainment has also produced film productions by other directors, including Mike van Diem (THE SURPRISE), Nanouk Leopold (ABOVEN IS HET STIL), Christophe Van Rompaey (LENA) and Vincent Bal (NONO, THE ZIGZAG CHILD).

Description
We offer an all-round internship within a small team and are therefore looking for a friendly and versatile colleague. You are curious and eager to learn. You take initiative, are punctual, organized and stress-resistant and you can think analytically. You want to (learn to) work together in a team and are in a HBO/WO education. Your speaking and writing skills in English are good.

Please note: you can only apply for this internship if you are enrolled in a course, and this is not an internship on set.

Job requirements / profile
We are looking for someone who can join our team immediately. As an intern, you will support our team with all kinds of activities. You will assist with the financing, development, post-production and marketing of the feature films. You will also assist with the daily office and production activities.

Consider the following:
- Editorial work regarding various funding applications;
- Support in the development and (pre)production of various projects;
- Read along with film plans and scripts, write short reading reports about them;
- Assisting with financial matters such as settlements with the Film Fund, and helping with administration;
- Organizing premieres and viewings;
- General office tasks, such as monitoring the email inbox;
- The activities can be expanded in consultation, depending on your own interests and on your own initiative.
