Art Director Job Opportunity
We are looking for a creative and resourceful Art Director to join the team of an ambitious short film, directed by Wald Studios and shot by renowned cinematographer Alejo Maglio.

About the Project:
Inspired by Akira Kurosawa’s Rashomon, this short film explores themes of perception, identity, and relationships through a visually layered narrative. Set during a camping trip, the story relies heavily on its visual design to immerse audiences in its emotional depth and atmospheric tension.

Job requirements / profile
Develop the overall visual aesthetic of the film, ensuring it aligns with the director's vision and complements the cinematography.
Design and oversee the creation of sets, props, and visual elements for both indoor and outdoor scenes.
Collaborate with the costume, props, and set departments to maintain a cohesive visual style.
Manage the art department, including sourcing materials and ensuring timely setup and teardown during production.
Troubleshoot creative challenges and contribute to the film’s immersive storytelling.
