Logline: In a mysterious library, a magical hourglass pushes a group of people to their limits. Under pressure from repetitive tests, humanity, choices, and harmony come under attack.

This short fiction film is a dystopian psychological thriller. With this project we want to expose the process of polarization within Dutch society. The film uses hairstyles from 1940 and 2024.

The film will be shown during the St. Joost Exhibition (22-24 January), shared via social media, included in portfolios and submitted to film festivals.

Description
We are looking for someone who can take care of the make-up and hair styling of our 6 actors on set. For three actors, we want to use hairstyles from 1940, and that is why we are looking for someone who has the experience and expertise for this or who likes to delve into this. In addition, it is important that you can work quickly and efficiently, since the make-up and hair styling takes place on set and has to be done within a tight schedule. For three other actors, it is about modern, natural looks that match their characters. That is why we are looking for someone who masters both vintage hairstyles and contemporary techniques and has an eye for detail.
