I consider the project too big in terms of budget and complexity to have myself as the sole scriptwriter, sole director and sole producer. I prefer to do the latter in collaboration with someone else. Collaboration with a very experienced person and/or someone with the right education would certainly be beneficial, but it is not necessary. I consider the project too small in terms of budget and complexity to find something like this absolutely necessary. My perspective here is that education and experience do not always have to be the key to success, not even when it comes to the work of the producer.

If I were to do all the production work by myself, I fear that too little will happen in the coming months and there will be too few things that I take into account. It is good to have someone who thinks along with you and with whom the necessary work can be divided.

Job requirements / profile
As mentioned, being very experienced or having the right education is certainly beneficial, but not necessary. It is mainly about something you can know best after reading the script and sitting down with me: that you are enthusiastic enough to free up a lot of time for the project in the coming months.

Of course, there is more to the question of whether or not you are suitable for the production work on this project, but don't be too quickly tempted by the thought that you are not suitable. For example, I can well imagine doing this with someone who has never done film production before, but has done work that involves some of the same aspects, such as arranging people. If this is not the case, then perhaps you have other reasons that prevent you from thinking that you are not suitable for this work. I would like to hear about it.
